Wexler
Since entering the real estate business in 1991, Beth has
been consistently ranked among the top 1% of realtors in the
Chicago area as well as one of the highest producing sales
agents at Jameson Realty Group. Year after year, Beth’s
sales have totaled well over $150 million. Her love of real
estate began by learning the basics when she teamed up with
her father in their family owned real estate company. Along
with her father and their team, Beth learned to purchase,
rehab and manage buildings while entering the residential
brokerage business as well.
Beth's dynamic approach to real estate includes working
with top Chicago developers selling new construction condominiums,
lofts, town homes and single family residences as well as
spending the majority of her time representing individual
buyers and sellers. Working almost entirely from referrals,
Beth has built a following that uniformly commends her for
confidently and effortlessly ushering her clients through
the process of purchasing or selling their most important
investment - their home. Beth's energy and enthusiasm for
her job is evident as she treats each client as the most important
client and constantly keeps them in the loop during every
step of the process until the deal has reached completion.

Beth graduated from Boston University with a degree in advertising
and marketing. She lives in Lincoln Park and enjoys spending
time with her husband Michael and their children Cole and
Camryn.
Joey Gault
Since 1993, Joey has lived in the city and has extensive
knowledge of Chicago and its surrounding neighborhoods. She
is dedicated, hard working and truly passionate about her
business. Joey’s patience and focus on her client’s
needs is what sets her apart. She always strives to go above
and beyond in order to insure that her clients’ expectations
are met or exceeded throughout the home buying and selling
process.
As a homeowner as well as an investor in real estate, Joey
can appreciate that each individual has differing needs. She
prides herself on treating each transaction as if it were
her own home.
The real estate business runs in the family as Joey’s
mother sold real estate for several years and her sister is
currently a realtor in the northern suburbs. Joey’s
background also includes her experience as a financial planner
while at Mesirow Financial. When Joey is not out selling real
estate, she can be seen spending time along Chicago’s
lakefront, working out, and checking out the new hot spots
in the city!
